Bando Boys Club NPC is not responsible for any unlawful use or distribution of its cannabis products and reserves the right to terminate membership for any donor member who violates said applicable laws or regulations.

Our private lounge provides a safe and responsible space for the consumption of cannabis products under the banner of Bando Boys Club NPC. The lounge space is a private, access-controlled space for Bando Boys Club donor members only, in which to lawfully use and enjoy cannabis products as envisioned by the 2018 Constitutional Court Judgment.

By signing up to become a member of Bando Boys Club NPC, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the club, which can be located at www.bandoboys.co.za. These terms and conditions govern your use of Bando Boys Club NPC's products, services, and private lounges, and outline the responsibilities and expectations of members. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before using Bando Boys Club NPC's products and services. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not become a member of Bando Boys Club NPC. You understand and accept that your use and enjoyment of any Bando Boys NPC products or lounges is contingent on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Bando Boys NPC.
